One in a billion customer service! 100/100. Day one we had a look and the day after we got the car delivered 40 miles away. He's is exactly what you want as a car dealer. He's perfectionist. Fantastic communication from first enquiry. Car is a beaut. They Let me check it and gave me time to think about it. Before they gave it me. They rechecked everything again even tho everything was spot on. Fantastic customer service at a decent price

I have been very impressed by the high level of service and great communication with cool motors.They have been polite, organised, and very helpful when viewing and buying a car recently, especially over the New Year period when most places are closed. At the end of the test drive we noticed a slight rattle underneath the car, the salesman was very upfront about noticing this too and hadn’t noticed this before. A new exhaust had recently been fitted and we thought it was related to that.I continued to buy the car and the rattle became louder on my way home. Cool motors completely supported me in getting a quote and financing the cost of the repairs for this rattle as it was unexpected for us allIt was nothing major and quickly resolved.I really didn’t expect such high-level of service and would recommend this company to anybody. Very trustworthy, honest and polite people.
