I bought a 4 x 4 Ford Ranger from Cool Motors in July this year. What makes the difference with these guys is the aftercare they have provided. Top Notch.

Drove all way up to view a ford ranger blue one, got there the body work is shambolic, scratches every where, front passenger mud sheild hanging off, drivers side door seal all split, dront report bonnet kit glued on and coming off, they put on first to view will buy well clearly not, definitely not worth the drive looked at orange while I was there and grey one all with scratches and bad body work, they buffed the back out of it trying to had the bad body work, definitely not worth the money they have them up for,

I wouldn't say completely avoid this clear but dont take everything as gospel we bought a vauxhall insingnia which is currently listed back up for sale with this dealer he told us the headlight was just the sensor. We took it to our local garage who said it should not have passed its last MOT with needed a full headlight replacement would have cost over £600 we told the dealer this and good enough he said he would fix it but after a week the car been there and been told the wrong part had been orded twice we was with in our 30days an got a full refund. If you our buying a car from here then are really nice just be careful.

Exceptional, we rang regarding a van in the afternoon, all questioned were answered with ease video of van sent to us, they drive over 5 hours to deliver the van to us in West Wales that same evening after they knew we needed a van urgently, the van is great as described and fingers crossed for many years of motoring with it, 3 month warranty given to us as well. As with any vehicle it may get a fault in the future it's always unpredictable but this van is exactly what we wanted and described perfectly and accurately, and Cool Motors were outstanding to deal with absolutely perfect
